Where Faith Shapes Personal and Professional Growth
Faith isn’t pretending everything’s fine — it’s trusting God enough to admit you’re not, and still showing up for the healing… preferably with snacks and a therapist.
Therapist.
Author.
Trainer.
Consultant.
Public Speaker.

I’m a pastor and therapist working at the intersection of faith and mental health—where real stories are welcomed and healing is rarely tidy. I create spaces where people don’t have to perform or pretend they’re fine, but can grow with depth, grace, and well-timed humor.
Whether teaching, consulting, or speaking, I bring clinical wisdom and openness to the Holy Spirit into the room, because transformation isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are the people we serve.
Consultation &
Supervision
This is a faith-integrated space for therapists grounded in solid clinical practice, IFS-informed insight, and thoughtful theological integration, where growth matters more than getting it “right.”
Training
My training programs blend faith and mental health to give professionals and ministers practical tools for effective care, and fewer “am I doing this right?” moments.
Public Speaking
I deliver engaging talks that spark insight, stir courage, and help audiences bridge faith and mental health—without losing their minds or their theology.

Who I serve
Provisionally Licensed MFTs
Therapists on the licensure journey who are learning to think clinically, trust their instincts, and explore the integration of faith and mental health without treating either as an afterthought —while staying human along the way!
Licensed Professionals
Clinicians seeking business and clinical consultation to strengthen their practice and navigate the mental health field—without Googling “career change” on especially hard days.
Other Ministry & Counseling Professionals
For those offering care in ministry or helping roles who want psychologically wise, faith-informed training, clear boundaries, and fewer “I hope I handled that right” moments.
Christian Churches & Ministries
For churches and ministries seeking engaging, research-informed speaking that bridges faith and mental health with wisdom, compassion, and hope.
