In her current professional sphere, Carolina is a licensed marriage and family therapist, concurrently pursuing a Ph.D. at Regent University in psychological and counseling services with a focus on biblical counseling. Beyond her academic pursuits, she stands as the president and founder of Love-on Inc. Additionally, she holds key positions as the CEO, co-owner, and clinical director of Creative Harmony Clinical Services, LLC, showcasing her diverse and impactful contributions to the professional landscape.
With over two decades of dedicated service in ministry as a licensed independent minister, spanning leadership, worship, youth, and women's ministry she is driven by a profound commitment to bridging the gap between faith and mental health through her ongoing research efforts. Her extensive background in ministry serves as a foundation for her work as a therapist, providing a unique perspective that integrates faith and mental health.
Carolina is resolute in her belief that these two facets can coexist harmoniously, challenging the prevailing stigma that has historically kept them separate. As she continues to contribute to the field through her clinical practice and scholarly pursuits, Carolina remains dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace both their faith and mental health as essential components of a holistic and thriving life.
