Beneath the Surface Healing Circle is a transformative 5-week group healing and growth experience designed to help individuals experience deep renewal through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach. In a compassionate and supportive environment, this group experience invites participants to explore the layers of their inner selves, uncovering and healing the parts that have carried pain, burdens, or emotional challenges. Beneath the Surface Healing Circle is a closed-group experience that spans 5 weeks, with 90-minute sessions each week. This allows participants to journey together as a cohort, building meaningful connections with fellow Christians in a safe and supportive environment.
As a community of believers, we will explore the layers of our inner selves, guided by prayer, reflection, and the powerful principles of IFS. Each session will provide space to connect with your God-given Self, heal past wounds, and bring balance to the parts of you that may have been burdened by life's challenges.
